Payment Methods
Transparency and honesty are the foundations of our editorial mission. Please read this page carefully before assuming any commercial relationship with Jointcareexpert.
Important Notice
Jointcareexpert is a free informational platform. We do not accept payments of any kind. All content is provided at no cost, with no registration required.
Important Disclaimer
Jointcareexpert is an editorial and informational platform dedicated to sharing knowledge about joint health, mobility exercises, physiotherapist tips, and healthy habits for active living. We are a digital publication β not a store, clinic, or commercial service.
No Payments Accepted
We do not accept any form of payment β not by card, bank transfer, digital wallet, or any other method. There is nothing to pay for on this site.
All Content Is Free
Every article, guide, exercise tip, and expert insight published on Jointcareexpert is freely available to all readers. No paywall, no account, no subscription needed.
No Products or Services
We have no products, programs, or services for sale. Jointcareexpert does not offer paid consultations, digital courses, memberships, or physical goods of any kind.
Why We Don't Accept Payments
Our editorial mission is straightforward: to make reliable information about joint care, joint mobility, and healthy movement freely accessible to everyone β regardless of location, budget, or background. This is why our model is deliberately non-commercial.
Educational Mission Only
We publish educational content curated by rehabilitation specialists and physiotherapy professionals. Our articles on joint care, joint prevention, and safe gymnastics exist solely to inform, not to sell. Monetising access to this knowledge would conflict with our core values.
Fully Open Access
All of our articles β covering topics from proper posture when walking to joint support diet and mobility exercises β are completely open. No registration wall, no email capture required, no "premium" barrier between you and the content.
No Tiers, No Upgrades
Jointcareexpert operates without premium tiers, paid subscriptions, or e-course offerings. There is no "Plus" plan, no "Pro" access level, and no exclusive content locked behind a fee. Every reader receives exactly the same experience.
A Publication, Not a Business
Think of us as an independent magazine covering joint health and active living for readers in Finland and beyond. Like a public library, we exist to share knowledge freely. Our editorial team selects topics, verifies sources, and maintains quality β but we do not sell anything.

If you require professional guidance β personalised advice from a physiotherapist, assessment of your joint health, or a structured rehabilitation programme β we encourage you to seek qualified help through the appropriate official channels. Below are the types of professionals and institutions we recommend contacting.
Certified Physiotherapist
A licensed physiotherapist (in Finland, registered under Valvira β the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health) can provide personalised assessments, exercise plans, and hands-on support for joint care and mobility.
Look for the registration number on your therapist's certificate issued by Valvira.
Licensed Medical Doctor
A qualified and licensed medical doctor (lÀÀkÀri) registered with Valvira can evaluate your overall health, order appropriate diagnostics, and refer you to specialist services if needed. Your primary health centre (terveyskeskus) is a good starting point.
Verify your doctor's licence at valvira.fi/terveydenhuolto/ammattioikeudet.
Registered Medical Facility
Public hospitals, private clinics, and specialised rehabilitation centres registered with the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) are the appropriate venues for hands-on professional care. In Oulu, the Oulu University Hospital (OYS) is a leading reference institution.
Check accreditation via thl.fi or your municipal health authority.
Accredited Health Institutions
Accredited rehabilitation and movement therapy centres operate under strict quality standards in Finland. Look for centres affiliated with Kela (Social Insurance Institution of Finland), which may also provide financial support for eligible residents.
Explore Kela-approved rehabilitation services at kela.fi.
Occupational Therapists
For guidance on activity during sedentary work, ergonomic adjustments, and how to move correctly during the day, an accredited occupational therapist (toimintaterapeutti) can offer practical, individualised strategies.
Registered occupational therapists are listed through Valvira and the Finnish Association of Occupational Therapists.
Registered Nutritionist
For personalised advice on joint support diet and healthy menu planning for active people, consult a certified nutritionist (ravitsemusterapeutti) registered in Finland. They can offer structured, safe dietary guidance tailored to your needs.
Confirm registration status via the Finnish Association of Nutritionists (Ravitsemusterapeuttien yhdistys, RTY).
